Machining with machine tool is essential
It is not a product made by an automatic injection molding machine.
Each item is produced by a professional Korean Special technician one by one
(with a mold through a high pressure compression molding machine).
(All items are made in Korea. We use only quality guaranteed genuine products as raw materials)

We thoroughly inspect and export only items that will satisfy our customers.
This handle has been used on Korean locomotives.

The intention of this hand wheel is as follows.
The user can replace the broken handle and adjust it.
It reduces the replacement cost compared to ready-made products, and leads to an improvement in appearance and performance.
Why? This is because the user has replaced and modified his equipment.
Of course, I will not deny the annoyance.
When purchasing more than 10 pieces, a customized shaft is prepared and molded.

4. How to install
(In the image, I posted an example mounted on a standing grinder.)
When processing, use air cooling or tapping oil or coolant.

①Through hole fixation type
1.Penetration through turning machine
2.Counterbore machining(Insertion of fixing screws to prevent vertical displacement in the direction of rotation)
3.handle mounted, then tightened with side fixing bolts(Proceed to tapping on the side of the shaft (2points recommended))

“②Key-slot type(1 deepening version)”
In the machined condition as above, the slot groove must be made.
“There are two ways to make a slot groove.First, milling using an end mill of the same diameter as the key to be drilled.”
Or, if you have a slot press, I’m more expert than me, so I’ll omit the explanation.

Typically, the handles are assembled in these two ways.
It is really difficult to machine a saw tooth with a milling machine. Process at the machining center.
We recommend that you purchase ready-made products.

5.Features

If the bore of the desired standard was processed, it would be more convenient for the consumer, but I could not fit different bore.
Therefore, user’s direct processing is required.
As much as you set yourself, you can be sure of the results.
Just don’t drop it.
Instead of very strong abrasion resistance, the impact resistance is slightly weaker. (Danger from 2m or more)
